Pros (+) As this is a reciprocal members’ club to the London RAC, I expected elegance and high standards. This hotel is so drab and dreary with dark decoration that probably suited 1950s Mad Men but is not up to standard now.

Pros (+) The hotel & gym staff were very welcoming, friendly and very responsive. The location of the hotel was great. Our room was spacious, and I appreciated that they provided pillows with a couple different firmness.
Cons (-) The rooms were a bit too dark, even with all the lights on. The bathroom needs major updating. Having a rooftop is nice, but it needs more furniture and ambiance.

Cons (-) First, LAAC Hotel didn’t give us the room type we booked (booked double queen and got king with no room to switch) but still charged higher price of double queen room. Toilet was leaking whole night - couldn’t fall asleep with the noise. outlet not working in bathroom, not able to dry hair. neighbor too noisy fighting till 3am and no room to switch.
