Lovely location for breakfast but service a little slow and some staff seamed happier in their work than others.
While some staff were lovely others seamed less than happy in their work.
Resort is nice. Staff is nice. Place is clean. Prices are a little hefty. Food amazing, but expensive.
I liked that the grounds and design of rooms were beautiful. New and Clean.
For a high end hotel the assistance by the staff was did not exist. There is not even a front desk! No tour, were totally on our own how to find things. The cafe had no muffins or pastries in the morning after 9 am, the drinking water station broken and not a piece of fruit to be found. Location, beach front and the views are lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pool area and grounds were superb.
There were very few sun beds for the hillside rooms along the beach front. Be aware there is a daily amenities fee to pay in addition to the price given on Booking.com. For the prices charged we expected a higher quality of Hillside room finish.
Great location on lovely beach for walking but bit rough for swimming but could walk to smugglers cove that was perfect for swim. Ideal location if coming by boat to west end

Astonishing and superb location on one of the most marvelous beaches in the carribean. Large and well decorated villas, calm and well equipped The Sushi Restaurant is a real gem - excellent food
The restaurant staff seems to be uncoordinated and slow (even with island time included) No wine glasses in room
The house keeping was ok.
Service staff especially in the restaurant almost all really unfriendly. Extremely unpleasant atmosphere throughout the resort. Guests are obviously seen as a nuisance. The food is completely overpriced and unfortunately almost all of it is bad. Breakfast: wait for a coffee 20mins, eggs 35-40. No music anywhere anytime. Beware, 45$ charge for Sauna! Shuttle required to dine other places. On property dining was stupidly expensive. $200 for brunch for 2 people and it wasn’t great.
Beautiful beach position. Extremely well maintained..beautiful gardens. Lovely pools. Rooms were fantastic, high quality bedding,large bathroom and bedroom with sofa looking out to the beach. Direct beach access. Good gym and pickleball and tennis courts with tuition available. Good restaurant and bar.
