The location could hardly get better - panoramic view of the Venetian waters from our balcony with major monuments across them, and the legendary Piazza San Marco (the heart of Venice) at a stone's throw. Staff is as courteous as they are competent and the service, facilities and rooms are all excellent.

Such a great location close to the busy St Marks Square and in the opposite direction the quieter calles and squares towards the old maritime museum area. Brilliant location! And right at a vaporetto stop from the airport!
Well located yet still quiet and quaint, which isn’t necessarily easy to pull off. Great, friendly staff members. Very accommodating and helpful.
There was no gym which was a little bit inconvenient but I would absolutely stay again.
