Pros (+) It is a beautifully designed hotel where you can see they have thought of every detail making it a top of the list hotel for Mataram. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel , its rooms and facilities are designed to make you feel 5 stars. Booked the hotel for my parents. They even received surprised during breakfast on their wedding anniversary. They said overall it was nice except stain in toilet and towel seems unclean/not as white as it's supposed to be.
