Amazing stay — as always! I keep coming back here, and it never disappoints. Super comfy bed and delicious food. Huge thanks to the lovely waiter and the kitchen team — they remembered all my picky food preferences (no this, no that!) and even prepared a perfect breakfast for my early checkout. I truly feel taken care of every time. Thank you

General atmosphere of calmness and friendliness in the hotel
Clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast had a very good variety. View from the restaurant upstairs was nice. Good value.
The room was a bit cold. The floor felt really freezing so we had to wear extra clothes.
It was a good quality hotel. High standards. Decent breakfast.
1. Parking is a nightmare (even with hotel parking allocated). You need to be let in and out manually by the staff... Which are nowhere to be found. 2. The temperature in the rooms..... Modern looking, rooms are clean
BEWARE staying here! I had a hidden late check out charge of 2,156.25UAH. I felt this was done intentionally and reception lady did not even discuss it with me just expected to pay. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and clean.
Perfect location in the city center next to the shopping mall, free parking is available, good restaurant on site.
Make sure to ask for a room facing the backyard, otherwise the noise from the supermarket service gate will bother you. The shower door doesn't close hermetically and will leak all over the bathroom floor. The hotel is relatively new with modern design, but the walls start to show signs of wear.

Very modern hotel, with comfortable location and nice parking. In the room you get the pillow menu, and as I was traveling with my ‘pregnancy pillow’ they told me that they can actually provide it, and you don’t have to carry it.
