Location, friendly staff, good breakfast
Did not get help with luggage. No slippers in a room. Sharp bed corners. No tooth brush provided. Not all staff competent in restaurant But I will would recommend this hotel with those adjustment.

Very unfriendly person while checking in! Made a big discussion instead of searching direct a solution for the room i booked. Temperature in room was 26+ degrees Celcius, like sauna and the airoco is not really a airco. Even with all windows open still sauna inside,
Everything was outstanding: room is spacious, breakfast selection was good, clean and well located. Best steak I have ever had in the restaurant.

Superb design; industrial verging on steam-punk, really well done! Bar / restaurant was super; pub style food with a few nice touches, great beer and buzzing atmosphere

Great location, just on the edge of town, less than 1o minutes walk to the Old Town itself. The (superior) room was brilliant, really nicely designed and the free mini bar was a really nice touch.

Good location, comfortable bed, free mini bar is a plus and fabrika pub is a great dining option.
Bring earplugs! The noise from our neighbours was terrible as the floors are either tile or wood so you hear everything. You could also hear the toilet being flushed from those above us. The toilet door was a heavy wooden door that slides, I struggled to open it so anyone who is older or has a disability would be the same. The red light on the tv was very bright during the night.

Short walk to old town and beer pub attached to hotel is lovely.
Nice hotel in a good location, only 10 minutes walk via one road to St Michael’s Gate. Very clean, nice decor, good staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice for all tastes. Room was clean and modern, bed also very comfortable. Added bonus was that the breakfast area becomes the Fabrika restaurant on a night, serving excellent food and good selection of beers from the visible tanks.
