In pleasant location
Very expensive Long long walk to room Poor food choices
The huge problem was that the bed was lumpy and sagging, and when I reported it, the hotel did nothing for me. My daughter and I had a lot of trouble sleeping in that awful bed. I expect much more for a hotel like this.
pool great, lovely food & service..didnt breakfast ..! enjoyed a lovely pizza and a glass of wine by the fire, very nice..!
Upgraded to a suite and had plenty of room. Beautiful accomodations.
Did not eat. Coffee station had no coffee each day. Had to wait to have it made
Golf was not a good value at all. The cost was very expensive and we only played 9 holes because it was so slow. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes. We had to leave the course to get to make our messages on time.
The skyline view, the waterfall and the food.
Everything was great!
Wonderful location, room, and amenities.
Parents probably appreciate this, but there didn't seem to be rules/guidelines for kids. It may be a business decision, but kids were in hot tubs, cold plunge, and running around dining rooms.
Property is surrounded by desert gardens. There are trails near by and a nice pool area.
The room and bed were great.
Shorter walk to get morning coffee.
Location close to the mountain, nice pool area, good cleaning service
Spa was closed for renovations the whole time - and its main season for Tucson. Ordering food took too long.
