Cons (-) The room had a picture window in the bathroom with a shade you could let down for privacy. the shade fell in the floor maintenance came and Velcro it up there I’m sure as a temporary fit well during the night it fell again so no privacy for 4 modest women

Cons (-) Based on my previous experiences, I think the hotel is overpriced. It gives you great quality, but it is extremely expensive. But the price can be influenced by the location (Seattle).

Pros (+) Staff, room with best views ever!! The restaurant, All Water, had to be the best hotel restaurant we have ever encountered. We are old and have traveled to over 80 countries, this hotel experience will always stand out.

Pros (+) The room was amazing. A really good view of the water. A comfortable bed. I especially liked the tub.

Pros (+) Great location, restaurant downstairs was delicious, but most importantly the staff and room service were exceptional. They took care of things I didn’t even realize I needed.
Cons (-) It was expensive but I don’t take many trips like these, so it was worth the splurge.

Pros (+) There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.
