The room had a picture window in the bathroom with a shade you could let down for privacy. the shade fell in the floor maintenance came and Velcro it up there I’m sure as a temporary fit well during the night it fell again so no privacy for 4 modest women

The hotel provides a great location, great comfort in the bedrooms, and great facilities.
Based on my previous experiences, I think the hotel is overpriced. It gives you great quality, but it is extremely expensive. But the price can be influenced by the location (Seattle).
The location is great for travelling to Seattle. The hotel and room were lovely. We had a great view of the sound.
The quality of the room service food was lacking.

Staff, room with best views ever!! The restaurant, All Water, had to be the best hotel restaurant we have ever encountered. We are old and have traveled to over 80 countries, this hotel experience will always stand out.
The room was amazing. A really good view of the water. A comfortable bed. I especially liked the tub.

Great location, restaurant downstairs was delicious, but most importantly the staff and room service were exceptional. They took care of things I didn’t even realize I needed.
It was expensive but I don’t take many trips like these, so it was worth the splurge.
There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.
An exceptional spot to stay in downtown Seattle. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with luxurious touches that make the stay extra special. The location is perfect. A short walk to Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Highly recommend.
