Cons (-) When you advertise a shuttle to airport every 15 minutes you should honor that. We went down for the 6:15 am ride and people were everywhere. When I approached the front desk they said next shuttle will be 6:30. We paid for uber. Three buses outside.

Cons (-) Really dark in room and bathroom. Didn’t feel like a high end hotel - felt pretty basic and a little dreary. Front desk person wasn’t especially friendly. Straight and to the point.

Pros (+) All the upgrades I was able to get, just due to my partners birthday! The staff was awesome, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the location is great!
