Great value for a price! Loews hotel is the one of my favorite places to stay in Chicago, I use to live on the 46 floor of this building in the residential part. And for the priceoffered through Agoda it is the steal! Great service, great amenities, great rooms! Thank you

I had a terrible experience during my one-night stay. The room was uncomfortably cold despite setting the thermostat to 80 degrees. An engineer came at 11 PM but couldn't resolve the issue, and by midnight, it was still cold.
