Cons (-) As Booking.com customer they will not give an invoice to you. After I asked about the reason on the reception, there was a rude and extremely unfriendly staff there.

Cons (-) The suite we had HVAC system was unacceptable. Humidity was too high and there was no adjustment to the thermostat. I sweated my bed down for 2 nights. Unacceptable
