Pros (+) It was fantastic, the location, the room, staff were professional and also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing too. Really wonderful
Cons (-) If anything, the pillow wasn’t great - but I have neck pain - I am sure I could have asked for a better one. Still I managed to sleep very well.

Cons (-) I was asked to pay extra to extend my stay in the car park a couple of hours beyond my check out time. This has never happened to me previously. Very poor from the hotel.
