Good food in the restaurants and plenty of variety. A really lovely Nordic-style cafe.
All style, poor comfort. It's a fancy silver design award-winning hotel, but the thermal design is terrible. The building is poorly designed for the orientation of the block, the heat beats in through the windows and the Aircon can't keep up during the day (undersized for the high heat load). Dinner& coffee shop to far from kitchen! Food was cool! To cold. Used hotdogs in recipes!!!!

It’s getting Little tired and getting to the stage it requires quite a bit of up keep. The first thing that greets you is the front desk and it look like your entering a two star hotel but , your not .

Quiet spacious clean room and a good location
The front desk staffs could be a bit more keen to service guests. The swimming pool staffs are eager to service the most but a bit short of staffs during peak hours (4-6pm).
Great breakfast. Nice and clean rooms with good view. Nice and friendly staff. Nice pool in on first floor and on the top floor. Nice rooftop bar with amazing views over the city.
The pressure for the water in the shower could be better, but it was normal for Thailand i think.
