New sleek hotel in great location. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, harbour and beach. Rooms are small but immaculate, quiet, comfortable and stylish. Lovely staff, nice atmosphere. Recommended.

Japanese inspired unit. Well built, clean. Comfortable. Unique. Great location. So close to restaurants, walkways and cycleways. Tramway to beaches is awesome too.
Would of preferred a decent mini fridge with freezer section for our travelling ice bricks. Monte cafe was hit and miss. French toast was great but big breakfast and hot chocolate very ordinary.
The bed was soft - that’s about it
Had food delivered due to allergies & mobility issues. I called the desk & they confirmed it was received & they said they would bring it up to my room. After numerous calls which ended up not being answered at all - over 40 minutes later my food was finally brought to my room - cold & melted. Modern hotel. Nice decor. Good location.
I was given a disability room and didn’t find out till I moved in. Had to go back to reception and got the Manager to change my room. I had to show my booking.com reservation which wasn’t for a disability room. All that was available was a tiny standard room. I did get a credit for the difference. A beer and a glass of wine was $41 15 minutes before happy hour.
Convenient new and stylish
The location is great and you can walk to many restaurants and shops, there is a large walkway on the river across the street that was so fun to walk on. The amenities are really great here, the gym was so huge and when I used it there was no one else there. The library has complimentary tea and coffee and lots of seating areas. The bed is super soft which someone else mentioned. It is a personal preference, but for me it was a little too soft, but I still booked the same hotel in Sydney!Read more
The comfy bed and view over the Marine
The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The location is perfect - close to everything - go for a walk, restaurants, shopping centre, city, beaches. I love going here and will continue to do so

The location was great. Plenty of restaurants nearby & a very easy to get around.
I thought the carparking was a bit overpriced.
