It was great that the kids beds were real bunkbeds and in a little recess separate from the main bed.
The bedsheets were so noisy... even though the kids were in the bunkbed recess you could hear the sheets as they turned in their beds. Expensive parking.
Super kid-friendly hotel! Loved the breakfast, which had very good alternatives for vegans (brownie, pancakes, tofu scramble, sausages and meatballs + the usual). The kids had so much fun at the carousel, cinema, and playrooms. We’ll be back!
The only thing that was annoying was the lights in our room (too dim), but we didn’t contact the staff so it might have been possible to fix it.

Friendly staff, room was a great size for a family of five and the finish on the hotel decor was brilliant

Room service. We stayed 3 nights and non of them we had clean towels or clean dishes or clean/folded beds. This point is so important and we were dissapointed.
The bunk bed room. A comfortable fit for a family of 4. It was all decorated very well and looked nice. The kids loved the bunk beds but they did say they were uncomfortable and they were a little scared of the wallpaper ( the wallpaper is lovely but has slit shapes on it so maybe scary for kids)
The quality of food at the breakfast was not great, the hot food could have been much better, plus better juices not so fake. I think the bar should be a bit more in center of hotel so parents can enjoy a drink while kids play
