Loved the boutique feel of the decor. It was very comfortable in the lounge if you wanted to sit and relax . Lots of history about the building, great location, bed super comfortable, breakfast was delicious and will definitely be back. The Radley sports bar underneath was great too for a spot of pool in the afternoon!
Minor things but no mirror with lights or table to apply makeup or do my hair .. didn’t know til the next day we could have had a rubber mat in the bathroom.. tiles are lethal when wet. I slipped getting out of the bath the first day and slipped in the shower the second. There are also no grab bars.. I’ve had two knee replacements and it would have just given me some stability. Excellent quality hotel with good facilities and friendly/helpful staff. Good quality room. Excellent breakfast.
Would of preferred a kettle in the room rather than a coffee machine with hot water.
The rooms were lovely and the location was good.
There was a mix up with my early check-in request which lead to a lot of stress and timewasting. The breakfast was also underwhelming and wasn't replenished by the time we got there, even though breakfast was still meant to be available for another hour and a half. We ended up getting our own breakfast elsewhere at our own cost.
Good place for weddings Breakfast was excellent Friendly helpful staff.
Only that we booked too late to have a double room but only 2 single rooms were available - and our 2 single rooms were at opposite sides of the hotel.

Very high standard of decor and equipment in room, eg hairdryer, coffeemachine, iron, board etc without asking. Staff very friendly and supportive, even smiled when asked for things which doesn't happen at most hotels. Super experience for a solo traveller, and excellent breakfast choices so leave time to enjoy.
Needed to swap desk lamp so could read in bed but at least there was a brighter one in room.
