Don’t go if you don’t look posh or (good enough) to use there facilities. I’m Scottish and feel like I was discriminated against. I also informed them I had PTSD. They decided my symptoms were not from my PTSD and were me being “aggressive”. I assure people I have never ever been aggressive to anyone.
They treat you like rubbish if you are not of money and if you have any issues the manager Peter and other reception staff are very condescending.
The spa and the grounds were absolutely breath taking and beautiful.
The only negative I can say was my mattress was really hard which has given me a bad back. Also the bathrooms in the rooms were slightly plain and outdated which does not match the rest of the hotels vibe.

Amazing location with beautiful view and nice surrounding area. Rooms are small but have everything you need for the day - and a huge mirror on a wall is a great benefit. The spa was great, with nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Most importantly, there were Dyson hairdryers and hair straighteners! Absolutely stunning spa and outdoor terrace area. Best I’ve been to and would love to come back and visit again. I opted to stay in one of the non refurbished rooms as the price difference was quite a leap up. I thought asking customers off season to pay £15 for parking per day when the car park was empty wasn’t very good and is the only reason it doesn’t get a 10/10. I’ve stayed in city centre car parks for less overnight than this rate. Not many other spa hotels charge you for this.Read more

The decor of the hotel is lovely and everything is very clean and in good order the staff extremely finally and helpful.
The only thing I did like were the extortionate drinks prices.
I loved the spa. It has a really relaxing atmosphere. There is a really good range of rooms in the spa area, including a steam room, sauna, salt room and ice room. You can order drinks to the spa which is really nice. The rooms are really clean and beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal. There is lots to do in the area.
I didn't like not being able to use the spa after checking out of the room.
