Pros (+) The staff on arrival made us welcome, the room was immaculate and met our expectations. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Recommend a visit.

Pros (+) Location was good and the room in general was also fine.
Cons (-) The actual bed is a disaster, the mattress is broken and very soft, the worst bed I’ve ever slept on ! The room didn’t have a two pin plug or adaptor so that we could charge our phones

Pros (+) We appreciated the very welcoming reception and the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the room. Also, the full Scottish breakfast was great.
Cons (-) Not having a vehicle, the distance to the nearest restaurant was a 20-minute walk. Actually, it is very pleasant if it is not raining.

Pros (+) Good location, close to major road links and at quite a reasonable price. The breakfast, while costly, was superb. The dining room made me feel like I was living in luxury.
Cons (-) The breakfast was quite expensive, despite being very good. Other than that, no issues at all really. It was well priced at a time when The Fringe had most people charging a kidney.

Pros (+) I absolutely loved how comfy the beds were. The bedding was out of this world comfy and cozy.
Cons (-) Nothing. It was all very nice. Staff were very friendly and flexible. The place was lovely and the room was perfect.
