Opened in May 2011 and reopened after renovation in July 2023 in the historic part of Korçë, the Life Gallery Hotel & Spa offers elegant rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi and LCD Smart TV, as well as 2 locally popular bars with different ambiances. Set on the reconstructed Republika Boulevard, the complex consists of 4 buildings and a summer terrace in the yard. The main building is originally a 3-floor aristocratic house built in 1924. The ground floor features the meeting room, the Hall is right above, and while restaurant is on the top floor. There are also 2 newly built hotel buildings housing 28 rooms, on the ground floor there is an SPA and a gym. The 3rd building is an Italian-style villa from the 1936 concept bar era. Next to the hall, there lays the Tenda BAR serving a great variety of cocktails and other drinks. Life Gallery Hotel & Spa is about 800 m from the center of Korçë. Guests can visit the National Museum of Medieval Art, 2nd largest church in the Balkans - the Orthodox Ressurection Cathedral. Iljaz Mirahori Mosque, the oldest in the Balkans, is 1.5 km away. Pros (+) Central location in the heart of the city. AMAZING breakfast. Great bar and restaurant. View from balcony was great. Bed was fairly comfortable. Rooms were big and clean. Gym was functional. Pool and spa were awesome.

Pros (+) Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and styled, with all the amenities you could desire. What really made our stay excellent were the staff. Particularly Eric and George. Thanks to everyone else too!
Cons (-) Our only drawback was sparking up conversation about jewellery history with a waiter who for some reason didn't seem to like us much after this, despite this starting by us complimenting his ring. Unsure what we did wrong but we were left with poor service following this, despite being the only 2 people in the restaurant.

Pros (+) We found this hotel after reading the Conde Nast Traveller guide to Albania and it was the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip. The design of the hotel is exceptional and the staff are so kind. The breakfast and spa facilities are also exceptional, as well as the room itself. Would recommend staying here for more than one night to completely unwind and recharge.
Cons (-) A very minor point that while the hotel draws inspiration from around the world, it would be great to see some local brands supported as well, such as the water provided being from Albania rather than Italy.

Cons (-) Sound travels everywhere due to no carpets in corridors. It was Easter weekend, but I got no sleep due to guests coming back at all hours after a night out.
