The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check into our rooms early and welcoming us with a plate of fruits. Comfortable beds nice room
We sent a message pointing out that we do not eat meat eggs or dairy the manager responded with “0kay” but then served us meat and eggs for breakfast.
Comfortable room,, very clean and quiet. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Also very helpful to book my river cruise. The location is a bit quieter than the city center itself, while still close enough by to the various tourist sites. A good hotel to stay.

The hotel is close to the Li River, easy to find, close to the scenic spot, the room is clean and tidy, the smart toilet is really necessary in winter, the service is warm and considerate, everyone's smile is very warm, the breakfast is great, it is steaming hot and you can taste the deliciousness of the food, the hotel is very good, I will recommend it to my friends, thank you!

I like how friendly the staff are and how convenient the location is. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. They also helped with my travel itinerary arrangements, including entry tickets, transport and driver. It was a pleasant experience and well-worth it!
