Cons (-) With the exception of our host on reception at check in. We found the staff to be pretty unwelcoming. Service at the pool as a resident was fairly poor and we had to go to the bar area to get attention and drinks/menus. Feel the service offered to local paying day guests was very different. Pros (+) From the moment we walked in we loved the place ,the staff very nice ,we arrived early and of course our room was not ready ,they asked if we wanted to have some food but we said we needed to shower first ,the guy said you can shower in our spa ,I was very happy .had a shower and changed and the holiday began

Pros (+) Amazing vibe with no detail spared.
Cons (-) Some functional issues, it is Morocco. Water cut out and drains smelled sometimes, also aircon broke. No fault of the hotel’s really and they were quick to fix it. Bit of a graft trying to get some compensation Classic Moroccan style but we got there in the end. Still 5 stars from us. Just about
