Cons (-) With the exception of our host on reception at check in. We found the staff to be pretty unwelcoming. Service at the pool as a resident was fairly poor and we had to go to the bar area to get attention and drinks/menus. Feel the service offered to local paying day guests was very different. Pros (+) Amazing vibe with no detail spared.
Cons (-) Some functional issues, it is Morocco. Water cut out and drains smelled sometimes, also aircon broke. No fault of the hotel’s really and they were quick to fix it. Bit of a graft trying to get some compensation Classic Moroccan style but we got there in the end. Still 5 stars from us. Just about

Pros (+) The public spaces were beautiful- really stylish and with lush greenery everywhere. The pool area was particularly special. The waitresses and waiters were exceptionally helpful and friendly making us feel really welcome. All this during Ramadan when they must have been very hungry/ thirsty made it all the more appreciated. Food was delicious.
