The hotel's facilities are perfectly pleasant, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, but the building itself is what really stands out. Unique and beautiful and a real pleasure to hang out in and wander about. The pool is great and there were only a couple other guests so the whole experience was lovely all around. I'd happily stay here again.
The neighborhood is a bit of a ways from most things (extremely close and walkable to the train up to the big Jesus though) but completely fine with a taxi, although you do sometimes have to wait a while for a driver to accept your ride from there. It‘s a very unique Building built in the 70s and the owner, Dani ist just a lovely Person who knows the area pretty well. It was a privilege to stay in such a beautiful unique building. The owner has a great eye and it is very stylish. It has a beautiful pool, it’s built on a hill, surrounded by jungle but with neighbouring properties. A taxi to Ipanema is 20 mins approx. The staff are so helpful and kind and nothing is too much trouble. We shall go back for sure.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Jardins de Rio. The architecture and the incredible view of Rio charmed us. The breakfast was delightful, with fresh and well-prepared food. The rooms are attentively decorated, and a special thanks to Kadosh, Daniel, and Dany for the warm welcome. They were there to answer all our questions. We'll definitely be back at Jardins in the near future!

Some days the water heater did not work
My partner and I stayed at Les Jardins for five nights in July. The hotel is unique and beautifully decorated. The property probably has not been renovated in a long time. There are only a handful of outlets in the room and most are in use for other things. Some minor things need attention, the shower curtains, wood floor, etc. none of it was unpleasant, but some small changes would really make the place flawless and let it shine. Amaizing gateway. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Les Jardins de Rio, as we totally fell in love with the place. Totally recommend for getting peace and quiet in this city !
The unique style of the boutique and the hospitality
Loved the house. Very atmospheric. Unique design, unique place. In the nature in the middle of Rio. Few rooms so be sure to have a quite and resting stay. Family friendly and nice pool.
When raining, a bit hard to get a taxi to climb the road slope ! But by walking down 500m you get to order an uber easily.
Beautiful villa and piscine. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always there to help and give advice.
The room was not made everyday and as the hotel is large there are a lot to do.
