Pros (+) Room Was nice and clean, Breakfast was limited and still ok. The pool is a bit small and a bit old than it was in the pictures
Cons (-) The hotel located a bit far from the city center and every time have to pay for a taxi to get here and there. there was a free shuttle offered from the hotel as it was mentioned in my booking. but sometimes it wasn't available and they have booked a tuk-tuk for us and was charged.

Pros (+) excellent staff,excellent room, quiet location and not to far to centre of siem reap, superb free tuk-tuk shuttle to and from airport and centre of siem reap, also used same tuk tuk driver to excursions to major temple sights
