Pros (+) Great lady in the reception , sorry I didn't get her name but she originally from Eritrea. Also they offer me free parking. Great hotel 👍
Cons (-) It would be great of they offer toothbrush kit and slipper. Otherwise every thing is great.

Pros (+) We are not happy with the stay. We were given with a room with the view of parking.
Cons (-) The staff was very rude. The receptionist on the first day pf our checkin was extremely rude. Staff need to be welcoming.

Cons (-) In the middle of nowhere, with asylum seekers shipping containers opposite the hotel. The shuttle driver was exceptionally unprofessional and rude. Drove on a motorway in the fast lane , one hand on wheel and phone in other hand having a conversation!!?
