Pros (+) Conveniently located close to the train station (both U and S bahns) close to a couple of restaurants and a shopping center. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. Overall a great stay

Pros (+) Quiet location in Munich East, very good breakfast, clean room, kind staff, 150m from Metro Station, excellent Value for Money rate, they have fixed light spots hight in breakfast room to recomendation!! highly recommended!!

Pros (+) Everything was just perfect! Great location, clean and tidy, free water and coffee provided! Parking is very convenient and the location is just right! Very comfortable! Great reception staff! We would be staying again.
Cons (-) Unstable WiFi with many connection failures. Poor BAR staff with unfriendly attitude. They put someone else's bill on our room number which we realised at the checkout, but luckily did not pay it.

Pros (+) The location is perfect for going to the Allianz Arena. We had booked the City East Hotel but my room there was overbooked. So they have moved us to Royal Hotel which is even better.
Cons (-) They didn't refill the hand soap and they don't provide slippers.

Pros (+) We had 2 rooms that were connected to each other. It was very convenient. The rooms were small but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We had bottles of water in the room and a coffee machine. The front desk staff was very helpful, giving us advice on how to get easily to the center of Munich. The breakfast, at euro 12.-, offered a large choice of food.
Cons (-) In one of the rooms, the door of the bathroom didn't close fully. It was a sliding door.
