Very clean and recently updated, happy and helpful staff, great breakfast, quiet well appointed rooms. Perfect stay.
Nothing I didn’t like!
The hotel is located close to a tram stop and a 5 min tram ride from the city centre. The room was modern and comfortable, with a very nice bathroom. It even had a proper coffee maker.

Lovely modern hotel. Underground carpark. Room very nice with coffee machine and kettle. Also fridge. Bottle water & chocolate bar complimentary in room. Very nice bathroom. Complimentary toiletries. Plenty of sockets. TV has Netflix.
Bit further to walk into town for meal & drink than we thought, about half hour. There are some eateries closer but main town is half hour away.
Due to the previous hotel not being up to standard, we booked this hotel at very short notice. The receptionist was very understanding and incredibly helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and again had some fantastic service from the staff. All have been a credit to your company.

Staff was generally friendly and accomadating. Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Fire alarm went off at 06:30 due to kitchen staff error. Bookings were messed up for large group. Shard of glass found in Pina Cotta desert. Other than that it was great. The Berlin location was far superior. Area around the hotel was a bot run down.

Well appointed modern room, very convenient with car parking.

Very nice hotel with comfortable underground parking. Rooms were spacious, clean with coffee and tea facilities.
Reception staff could be more forecomming and knowledgeable when it comes to explaining about things to see in the town and how to pay for parking.
Nice room and a very tasty breakfast. Most of the staff were very pleasant.
The room is advertised as having air con in room. This is a lie they are aware of. When we contacted them about it we were told they knew it was broken throughout the while hotel, had been for some time, their maintenance team was looking at how to fix it. Room was excellent very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely everything you needed. Tram only 2 min walk easy to get in the Centre and to get to Munich by train. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
