The hotel is in the heart of Larnaka, always clean, polite staff, excellent minimalistic decoration and great breakfast.
There is nothing specific I could think of.
We checked at 2 AM and received a warm welcome at the reception.
Everything was lovely. Breakfast was v nice, room was cleaned daily and it was super clean as new, staff was lovely without being fake, cafe downstairs had some great cakes and we were even able to watch bbc world which is quite unusual.

Newly refurbished hotel that was sunny and bright with nice art work and clean classy carpets. The room was so fresh and clean with A/C that actually worked and didn’t keep you awake at night with the noise of it working. We had a few teething problems as our safe was broken and could be repaired while we were there but it did feel like the hotel was quite safe as reception was small and there was always someone there looking to see who was coming in and out. The location of the hotel is fantastic,it is right in the centre with 5 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent, lots of different options (salmon, pancakes, eggs etc). As we had our flight back very early in the morning, we had our breakfast take away bags prepared and waiting for us in a lobby! bed sheets had stains, wife very poor signal, Tv YouTube unusable it gets stuck in 1 minute, room too small....was witting city view but second floor there is no such

Rooms not cleaned properly Teas and coffees not given daily No spoons, no bin for bedroom Only two small water bottles given on day 1 Sheets not changed daily Towels awful No plug for iron, had to get one for reception Bathroom cleaned in less than 5 mins Handwash broken Staff at reception rude!
I asked for late check-out, they charged me 50% of the night rate for only 2 more hours. I insisted to have more time, they said the hotel was full, which I don't believe at all based on what I saw
