From the very first moment we arrived, to the last minute before we depart, the staff at Lemon Tree Premier looked after us extremely well. Accommodation was cozy and well serviced. It was perfectly located. It offers breathtaking mountains views, peaceful neighborhood, and a truly unforgettable experience. The food is plentiful, there is great choice all cooked beautifully and well presented. The...Read more
Service was one of the best that we have experienced anywhere in the world. Staff went out of the way to fulfill all our requests. Especially staff at the Restaurant and Reception like Ankash ,Sushma Prabin, Alina, Shruti, Kritika, Anoj, Pritvi and many others whose names we couldn't get. Room cleaning, Bell boy, Gym and Spa staff etc they were all very good and kind. They have a good selection of...Read more
The location of this hotel was nice, it was away from the humble and jumble of Kathmandu but within reasonable distance from the central area.
Could do with some minor refurbishment work here and there, other than that it was pristine.
The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left, and were always happy to provide anything when requested. Food was excellent and varied and, as we had an all-inclusive package, we essentially had 3 three-course meals per day. One meal was brought to the room at no extra charge when my wife was unwell one night. Spa services were good, and we both enjoyed the s...
Cleanliness of cups in the room could have been better. Cost of drinks in the hotel bars was generally expensive, although sticking to local whiskey, vodka and brandy (which are highly recommended) was a cheaper option. Other reviews have been critical of the location - it was great for us as we wanted a get-away from where we lived in Kathmandu, but we can understand why some people might have an...Read more
Cooperative staff and Breakfast timing with options
It was not upto par as value paid. We were told of upgradation into premium option, but the value paid seemed way higher than the comfort and amenities enjoyed. Limited options on food choices with an overpriced menu.
The approach of the staff was friendly and warm!
The location is a bit far from the city and the taxi (arranged by the hotel) is overpriced
Very big new and clean hotel. Situated a bit up to hill that’s why it has a fresh air. So nice and quiet place to relax after walk and sightseeing at Kathmandu.
They move us to other room from day 3. Without explaining. Tell us that it has some problem to fix at the floor. But I see it has some congress there maybe this was real reason to move us to other floor.
Very comfortable. Didn’t have time to use the facilities but it sounded very good. Great views of the mountains and the city but a bit far from the city Centre
A bit far from the city centre
I liked the responsiveness of the hotel staff, their readiness to assist in all my requests. The hotel is new, beautifully located and has all the necessary amenities to make a guest feel comfortable.
The breakfast is rather poor, they serve the dishes of the national cuisine but avoid the food that is typical for the Europeans. Though if you ask they can serve you personally a plate with salami and a salad with nuts.
