Loved the room and patio area
The staff were some of the friendliest we have ever come across. Breakfast was served in the very stylish restaurant and had plenty of choice. Just a short walk into Cascais
The pool area was a bit small
Hotel was very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were very welcoming and pleasant. The spa area was relaxing and easily accessible. Location was good about 10 minutes walk from centre of Cascais. We were a family group and everyone was very positive about their stay. Overall a most enjoyable holiday

Lovely hotel 5-10 minutes walk from the centre. Very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Quiet indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of outside sun loungers. Delicious breakfast with plenty of variety including vegetarian options. Rooms were spacious and the rainfall shower was perfect. We were given 6 complimentary coffee pods (2 were decaf) and a bottle of water. An extras were chargeable ...
Few minor issues with the cleaning taking place very late in the day when we wanted to get ready for the evening. Toiletries in the bathroom were not always replenished. Few minor communication issues when ordering from the a la carte menu at breakfast on one occasion but it was rectified on the third attempt and there were no issues on other days.Read more
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast . A comfortable room. Very good bar experience. We had a seemless experience not withstanding the power outage in the country at the time. My husband got a lovely birthday surprise in our room on his birthday. Location 10 min comfortable walk to major attractions.
The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is close to downtown Cascais and mostly the breakfast is excellent.
The coffee capsules and water bottle were not replaced each day; you get 1 bottle and 2 capsules for your stay jo matter how long.
Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several aspects that didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. While nothing was terribly wrong, we’ve stayed in other 4-star hotels that were far superior.
The restaurant options were very limited, and while breakfast was decent, it was quite average. The rooms felt rather small, and the parking area was also very limited, with only a few available spots. We also found the staff not to be the friendliest.
