Fantastic luxury hotel, spacious and clean rooms with a fireplace and balcony. The bathtub and shower was comfortable. However we booked this hotel as it was mentioned ski-in ski out hotel but unfortunately it is not…they have a free shuttle that takes you to the gondola. Their service is excellent. Magical views of the mountains, cosy interior. The spa room is amazing.

Highly recommended hotel with excellent location and service. With magnificent views of the open, every staff member is very welcoming, there is a shuttle to the town at any time, and there is also a transfer service. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. Look forward to coming back next time it snows

Everything at Le Crans is perfect. The super friendly staff at checkin but also at the restaurant! There's really nothing to improve. It is our home away from home...
Nothing, if you are looking for a relaxing place you have to visit this hotel. I have visited many 5 star hotels all over the world, but this is my favourite hotel!

Location, wam, friendly staff, beautiful interior and views.We were upgraded to a room with a private terrace - beautiful. Limousine shuttle takes you into town in about 8 minutes and can pick you up again. Room service breakfast is really nice in the privacy of one’s room. We did not try the spa but the whole place oozes quality and elegance.
Currently suffers from noise pollution on the valley facing rooms from a construction site not far away from about 7.15am. Also, even at this altitude, the nights can be a bit warm in high summer if you are trying to sleep before midnight ( no air con).
