The private beach and location.
It was quiet and conveniently located
No vending machines
Located in an excellent spot, close to the beach and several restaurants were within walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will keep this hotel on our list for next time we visit Turks and Caicos!! Special thanks to our friend who took care of the beach chairs and umbrellas...Joshua!

Room needed painting, could hear noise and see light from adjoining door to other suite
The room, hotel and pool were all clean. I was disappointed with the view, we paid for an ocean front view room and the ocean was totally blocked with their tall palm trees in th back. When you pay extra for an ocean front room it is because you want to see the ocean. The employees were super nice, and our room was big enough but it did need a new mattress.
The mattress needed replaced. A snack bar with drinks would be awesome. They have nothing on site to even snack on.
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Clayton and Sam. Access to the beach was superb as well as the view from our our two bedroom unit. The entire facility is well-maintained and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful as well and the location was excellent for walking to all amenities. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Providenciales in the futur...
There were no food options in terms of restaurants since it is a resort/apartment complex. The pool requires a resurfacing along the bottom as there were some areas in which the surface had worn away. It was quite expensive for a one week stay.Read more
Really quiet location on Grace Bay, really friendly staff, beautiful rooms, incredible beach!
Location, quiet beach area, amazing view. Nice towels in bathroom. Fast elevators. Coffee was very good. Pool area was beautiful. Joshua working the beach was great.
Noise from room next door. We were in a separated master bedroom with a thin door. We could hear every word spoken next door, and the screaming kid. The top of door was caulked to keep light out of the room next door, there were gaps in caulk.
Convenient location. Upgrade.
Internet spotty. Staff friendliness sometimey.
Good location, empty beach. Close to the restaurants.
Room didn’t worth what we paid. Many amenities didn’t work and was fixed after we pointed.
