The best 5*+ level service! They pay real attention to it. A wooden outdoor bath in the pool rooms is awesome.
A little bit far from the center. Nevertheless they provide complimentary shuttle service.
I think it’s very good as a boutique hotel, nice design, tasteful, and also very well trained staff, I’ve chatted with one of them Vard a few times and he is super helpful Most of the staff speak english, but even those who are less proficient in english, they still try to help and show professionalism
Our 4th week of travelling in Asia and the best hospitality so far. Fantastic room with large balcony overlooking pool. Excellent food and shuttle bus an added bonus. Very friendly and helpful staff. All the details, the rustic charme with modern functionality. The attention to every little detail, the wide bed, view to the pool, double shower, coziness! The vegetable garden and the fact that when I ordered a salad, it came from 5 meters away!
Normthing, we just loved the whole experience
Lovely hidden boutique hotel. Center piece was the beautiful pool. The dining room area beyond the pool was a small open air enclosure yet spacious enough for privacy for several tables. Food was great and well presented. We ate here 3 times plus of course a great full breakfast. Our room was clean with nice size balcony in a canopy of trees. About 1to 2 KM from town center but the free shuttle was perfect for evenings and we used the free bikes for during the daytimes.Read more
Best staff, facilities, environment and service! I often stay in first-class luxury hotels, but they are second to none.
The location is a bit out of the centre, but the free shuttle service will take you wherever you want to go at any time. It was also possible to borrow bicycles, so it was not too inconvenient.
Everything was literally perfect. We had an amazing stay!! The staff are very professional and helpful . They upgrade us from normal room to the Suite, thank you very much for that.❤️ I recommend 100%. The hotel is amazing and the room very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Luang Prabang.

This hotel was truly amazing from the breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms to how the staff treat you. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre. But, I must not grumble too much. They put on a shuttle bus until 21:45. I generally would stay out later. So, would have to do the walk.
