Pros (+) The staff were absolutely friendly and incredibly helpful at all times. The location is fantastic, central with all key areas of the inner city easy to reach by foot or metro
Cons (-) It was sadly more a four than a five star experience overall. The staff were very friendly but the service still not excellent and felt a bit clumsy. Also the fact that despite there being a restaurant there was only a bar snack service available and no room service was disappointing. For about 600 a night for a delux room unfortunately not worth the price

Pros (+) The location was great, the staff was super friendly and costumer oriented. The deco of the bedrooms was amazing and also of the lobby.
Cons (-) They did not have a reasonably and consistent food service. Room service very poor, the restaurant very desorganizad, the food was not bad but not at the level of the hotel. We asked room service and they only had spaghettis and plate of cheese. The rooms where very small. Too much noice because they have a construction on the building next door.
