Decent location with parking. Good breakfast with egg station. Nice decor.
The controls for lighting and AC in the room were a nightmare. All from a single central controller. If you were at the wrong side of the bed you had to get up. Go round the other side to adjust AC or switch on lights.
We were there for 1 night only, extremely nice staff, great pool, big room with beautiful big beds and very spacious bathroom. Really close to the nightmarket, can explore everything on foot.
Super 4-star hotel in Chiang Rai. Very proffessional and clean, elegant. Everything was top standard, pool, rooms, staff. Free snacks sandwhiches, fruits and more available at all times. Quiet location but still very central.
Missing the personal touch that most hotels in Thailand have, felt very reserved.
Excellent hotel. Polite and efficient reception team, couldn’t help enough. Hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean, rooms are spacious and well furnished. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was quite relaxing. Bathroom is nicely fitted out with a good shower, all immaculately clean. Breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant, a good selection of cereals and fruit and fresh cooked Thai or Euro...

I prefer walk in showers, not over bath. A small point.

It was the only hotel during my trip in Thailand where I found several mosquitoes in the room. I found the shower and shampoo smell quite unpleasant.
The location is great. Close to the night market for good value food but the hotel is quiet. Nice quiet pool area, clean, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The staff are amazing
