The hotel was peaceful and beautifully decorated with a serene garden and ample space for children to run & play. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for our family of four (with kids aged 4 and 7). The staff were friendly and eager to assist us in arranging a private sunset cruise.
The breakfast and menu options were somewhat limited, and the restaurant service was a bit slow. The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the center of Luang Prabang, so we had to call a taxi each time since the shuttle service doesn't run hourly.
Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the garden and pool. The manager was helpful in organising transport for us into town. Excellent pool, clean and inviting.

Regarding the breakfast options, these seriously need to be reviewed, less is more and focus on quality rather than quantity. My last point is about the cleanliness of some areas, a deep clean should be considered.

A real luxury resort in french colonial style. Holiday feeling pure. The luxury, cozy, very tastefully decorated room with all amenities you can expect from a luxury location, e.g. balcony with garden view, bath tub, safe, bathrobe, shower with big shower head and really hot water, fridge, water boiler for making tea or coffee, excellent WiFi. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of choice...

I guess this is the reason why so few travelers seem to choose this hotel (We were almost the only guests, although the hotel can probably accommodate several hundreds of guests). They offer a shuttle servic...Read more
The hotel manager should ask the City to repair the road in front of the hotel.
