Only thing to improve : there is sometimes no sunbeds available around the swimming pool because some guests leave their stuff to "book" it
The property was very clean and nice. I liked all of the selections for food and drinks on the all inclusive menus. We enjoyed the 3 pools and the pool bar. We were disappointed with the beach.Lots of dead coral so hard to get in. The picture doesn't show that. The food for Thailand was good but quite expensive. The gardens and pools were beautiful and the setting as well.

Nice resort with very standardized services, a large breakfast buffet and well appointed rooms.
The front entrance foyer smells of sewage, the resort is quite difficult to orient inside long endless gray hallways (poor architecture and signage), and the resort lacks any personality.
Plenty of food choice and very friendly staff who are always very helpful. Superb location with its easy access to beaches and pools

The beach
Resort is too big and inconvinent, have to walk a lot between facilities, the resort is also complex to navigate, its disorienting until you get an hold of what is where. Everything is too big and as a result the facility is not too clean, It seems Unkempt
