Location, cleanliness, modern facilities, most of the staff were very helpful and professional.
Some of the staff at reception had no idea about anything. Often when we'd ask which tram to catch they would send us in the opposite direction. I feel that staff working in those positions should be familiar with the basic vicinity around the hotel and transport within the CBD. I loved the industrial decor and the nod to the buildings musical past. Staff were so lovely and Dolly restaurant was exceptional.

Great location near lots of excellent dining options, friendly reception staff and a high standard of housekeeping. Very comfortable bed.
The room didn’t have any windows that opened and the only view was into another room’s window, air conditioning system was quite loud, a very small and limited room service menu.
This property was perfect for a romantic getaway! We loved the 24 hour gym and sauna and the in-room menu which included vegan options for my partner was excellent. Highly recommend this place, will definitely visit again!
Le Meridien was great. The service was impeccable, staff were warm, attentive and genuinely eager to make my stay memorable. My room was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it to all.
