Pros (+) Although there is a huge construction site next to the hotel, I think location within Dallas is good. The hotel is clean and the staff at the restaurant and bar was very helpful.
Cons (-) The room was small, and a few items were out of order such as the minifridge, and the furniture in the bathroom. There was not enough space to hold the toiletries, design was not great. I was not impressed by the hotel at all, and you could find much better value at the Marriott just 2 blocks away.
