The power socket is a bit confusing, due to its link to USB, we confused switch off the light it also off USB if we not notice

Excellent staff, very professional. Clean and wide room. Very good breakfast. Hotel with all the services, included a taxi boat to reach pier for boat trips.
Nothing really unpleasant, if I have to pick one I'd pay more attention to noisy and unpolite kids in the swimming pool, but this is more for parents than for hotel staff.
The property was beautiful, well kept, and luxurious without feeling stuffy. The room we booked was large and had a wonderful view. The breakfast was fantastic with several choices of western, asian, middle eastern as well as made to order. Our stay was overall good though got off to a very rough start. We arrived at Chiang Rai airport and were planning to take a Grab to the resort when a driver walked up to us, holding a Le Meriden placard, and said he was there to take us to the hotel....he never asked our names and we told him we had not scheduled a transfer. Beautifully located by the riverside with an astounding view. Elaborate breakfast, a very spacious room and a big bathroom.
Its a huge hotel and it took us some time to figure out our bearings. Fewer lift lobbies.
The service from Pooh was excellent. Spa was very good.
