Great location good service nice rooms comfortable beds
Asked for twin beds several times but got one big bed. They fixed it but only after having to ask twice. Also the lock on the door was broken. Otherwise everything was great.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and perfect location!
One morning a staff member opened my room´s door and almost entered it even if I had the DND sign on. I don´t understand why they even opened my door if I haven´t ordered any room service that day or asked for my room to be cleaned.
Amazing decor
The basics weren’t there. They weren’t ready to check us in when we arrived after 3pm, we had to ask every day for clean glasses and we were lucky if towels and coffee pods were replaced
The interiors are beautiful
Just one Staff in breakfast was extremely rude. He would even give us the eye. He was in a black suit. Made me wonder why he is in the hospitality industry. The rest were very amicable.
Beautiful Architecture and interior , every corner had an element of surprise . Looking forward to more stays in the hotel . The service was impeccable and that heated pool was perfect to wind down during winter .
Nothing ! It had everything we needed .
The location is excellent.
I booked a room with a patio, only to be informed that it's just "patio view." The room description was misleading. Luckily, the desk staff handled the problem.
I stayed at Le Grand Mazarin for two days and absolutely loved it! The service was amazing, the funky style of the hotel was so unique, and the small details made the stay extra special. Breakfast was lovely as well!
The location is fantastic for exploring nearby attractions like the Pompidou and other cultural spots.. However, it might not be the best choice for a longer stay if you’re looking to explore other parts of Paris.
It was in an excellent location and stunningly decorated with thoughtful details.
Lovely boutiques hotel, in a great location.
Food options were very limited
Warm welcoming and stylish with a fabulous pool, all in a great location. If I could afford it I’d go back
