Rooms were sleek, spacious and comfortable.
There's some street noise, but it quieted down after about 11.
Good location between the train station & the waterfront. Good size room with comfy bed. A bonus to be able to check in early. Young valets at the door were enthusiastic & helpful.
Innovative shower fittings, but very impractical. Didn't replace coffee pods or tea bags. When requested, I didn't receive a mixture of pods as per arrival & no tea bags. Very overpriced at $500 per night.
Fantastic location. Next to scotiabank arena. Minutes walk from union station, Rogers and CN Tower. Very comfortable spacious rooms. Staff are warm and welcoming. Well stocked Gym. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Germain as it was ideally located to get to the venues we had booked, the staff were absolutely amazing, the common areas and room were pristine and comfortably appointed, and the valet was quite efficient. We loved the automated blackout blinds in the room, which made sleeping in so easy. We can’t say enough nice things about this hotel.
The breakfast wasn’t really worth the price, but I wasn’t feeling up to venturing out, so it was worth the convenience. The croissant is quite nice and the staff were lovely and attentive. That said, for $30 per person you’d expect something a bit more elevated than your typical hotel breakfast fare. It was all great
When we checked out, the staff had said she would add our car to the list for valet to bring it, after an hour and a half my husband spoke with the guy doing the valet and he wasn't even aware we wanted our car. I wasted almost 2 hours sitting there in the lobby waiting for my car that was apparently not coming. Disappointed for the amount of money spent at the hotel + parking.
location was overall the best part of our stay but it was clean and fancy.
i left my jacket in the closet but please donate to someone homeless
Staff were all extremely welcoming and knowledgeable! Everyone was so nice! The location to the arena was wonderful. The room was very clean but had a strange smell, it very well may have been from the person that stayed in the room prior to our arrival.
We could hear people coming up and down the hallway all night. The bathroom door is designed to not fully close.

Not having a kureg coffee maker, espresso machine didn't work so no coffee and I'm a big coffee drinker
I was upgraded because I am a frequent visitor. The facilities were excellent. Sounds from the arena were present in the room until late at night however.

The room was extremely pleasant. Comfort level from sleeping to waking, and quiet and dark. We love staying here for the convenience, comfort and hospitality.
The restaurant was ok but not adequate for the price. Maybe some better choices, nothing was different from two years ago when we were there.
