Location and scenery are fabulous.
Pool area is crouded when the hotel is busy. Music by the pool spoils the atmosphere.
The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious , well equipped rooms. Nice view from terrace. Exceptional swimming poor. Very friendly at reception.
The restaurant does not meet the high standard of the hotel. Choice of food is limited. Basic presentation . Wines on the menu were not available. Breakfast was better but service was not so friendliness
The pool area is fabulous and the service was very good. All the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a lodge which was fantastic, total glamping!
The Wellness facilities were small so more suitable for two people. Therefore we were only able to use the sauna once during our stay as always busy.

Limited menu, the staff is not masked and you have the impression that you are bothering them by your presence.
We had a relaxed two-night stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed being in this quiet place with an amazing view. Although the pool is smaller than we thought, it is well maintained, clean and at the best temperature. The breakfast was really nice. And the place is kids-friendly.
We stayed in the hotel room which we found was overpriced. I think staying in the tent or the bungalow makes a big difference. We don't recommend having dinner at the hotel restaurant: it is also quite expensive for what it is, there are only a few options, no veggie main course. You would expect better...we recommend going to town and book a table at Côté Jardins in Les Vans (20 mins by car)
Nice facilities and very friendly personnel. Great restaurant and amazing view. We stayed in a tent which is quite unique at this level of luxury hotels.
If I needed to find a negative points its maybe that you need 20 minutes to gett to les vans which is the next village with shops and restaurants. But thats the price to pay to be in a quiet spot like this Hotel.
The location is sublime, the rooms and facilities are really great. The place overall is enchanting !
The restaurant is very limited and average which is a shame compared to the rest of the hotel which is beautiful.
