Pros (+) The staff was exceptionally nice . I must say thanks to Arun/harun from Mauritius 🇲🇺. He took care of all of problems. We had a flat tyre before leaving he did his best and did sort it out for us in the end . True gentleman and an asset to the la callette. Many thanks to the Tall bell boy with glasses he did most of the job for us . Just want to say many thanks to both of them for getting us hom...

Pros (+) Staff were very pleasant. We got a free upgrade to a way better room which was great especially since we were travelling for someone's birthday. Location was great. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. I asked the staff if they could bring something out for the person's birthday during dinner, and they brought out a whole cake - amazing.
Cons (-) When we arrived the lunch at the bar was poor. The prices definitely did not match the quality. If this was fixed, it would be a 10/10.

Cons (-) Booked a suite as a special treat to ourselves but besides being tired room 406 had a number of maintenance usses. The sliding outside door was extremely hard to use. The card system failed and we had no lights. The toilet made loud crazy squeaky noise. The shower head jumped out of the holder causing my husband a big bruise on his shoulder. Enough was enough we had two nights and asked reception ...
