Pros (+) Very nice, high end and very accommodating
Cons (-) The hard sell when you arrive is annoying, breakfast wasn’t the best, and the guacamole was terrible. The guacamole needs a complete revamp asap.

Pros (+) The staff was amazingly nice the whole time. They were very accommodating to our group of 16 people.
Cons (-) There was a lot of pressure to listen to a timeshare presentation, book a more expensive excursion, and put down a deposit for future stays upon checkout.

Pros (+) Everything about the property was breathtaking. From the views to the staff & food everything was well put together. Spa facilities were excellent.
Cons (-) Very relaxing & beautiful place. But the resort had 0% entertainment. There were live musicians but nothing exciting just live jazz aka elevator music. This resort is made for relaxing so don’t expect to be “lit” here.
