Loved our stay! Super friendly staff, comfy hotel, and tasty breakfast you pick the day before. Great location – close to the metro and we could walk to lots of main sights
Most restaurants around the hotel close in the afternoon, but there are plenty of dinner spots within walking distance Besides that, the hotel was really fine, no complaints at all.
The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The lobby, lounge and dining area are very nicely decorated and comfortable. The room we had was a decent size for the area and our budget. All in all, a very nice place to stay and on a fairly quiet street, especially for the Opera area. I like this location as it is a short walk to many different Metro lines, with Opera being a major one. An easy walk to ...
The only "ding" I can think of is the couple steps to negotiate into the lobby and another couple to get into the elevator, so could be a bit awkward with a lot of luggage. I am sure the staff would help if asked, but we did not have much luggage, so we did not ask and it was a non-issue for us.Read more

The most valuable asset of this place is the staff. The team was the most welcoming, nice, helpful and adorable one we have ever seen in hotels all over the world. Special thanks to Natalya, Quentin, Anastasiya for all their help and advices. We felt like home. The hotel itself is very nice and cosy, beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and big.
Everything was great. I personally was missing berries for the breakfast.
Well maintained, clean, quiet hotel. Great location. Excellent for families. Hotel staff was very helpful and they all seem genuinely happy to work there. Kuddos to the owner/manager! Highly recommend.

Really good location for getting to most popular spots in Paris. Friendly, inviting staff and made us feel very welcome.
No do not disturb signs. We were in room and housekeeping did not knock before coming in. So would be good to maybe have them for future.
