Pros (+) Location excellent. Breakfast very good. Staff very attentive and helpful. We pre-booked a parking space, which I would recommend anyone else to do. We wanted a comfortable hotel for a one night stay in the centre of Llandudno, and the Lauriston Court fitted the bill perfectly.
Cons (-) There is no lift. The three flights of stairs were a bit of a struggle for two pensioners, but we coped.

Pros (+) Ideal location close to the pier. Our room( room one) was huge with the biggest bed I have ever seen plus a single. The bathroom was also very big. Clean white bedding and towels, toiletries, good hospitality tray, large television and decorated in a nice modern style. The breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order with good quality produce and delicious.
