Pros (+) Amazing stay! The hotel is very new, the facilities were spotless, and the room was extremely spacious. The staff were very friendly and even helped me with an early check-in, as well as showing me around the hotel facilities (special thanks to Mr. Jin at the spa front desk). The swimming pool was great, and the hotel was not crowded. I will definitely go back again!

Pros (+) Very luxurious hotel. Many facilities including a rooftop bar, karaoke floor, two large pools, fully equipped gym, restaurants and cafe. The buffet breakfast was very grand, big variety. Majority of the staff were friendly, with some even stopping to chat with my family and play with my daughter.
Cons (-) Not all, but couple staff out the front door come across as pretentious. I had a relative visit me at the hotel and when she asked where she could park her car, the man at the front shoo’d her to the side because she was not staying at the hotel. Another man was hovering around the other (hard-working and polite) baggage guys, but was not helping them and was expecting to collect a tip. A handful ...
