Pros (+) Excellent location. Very clean and modern, but in the middle of old town. Just a minute away from the beach.

Cons (-) Room was small, and had very few amenities in it. Would have liked a refillable water bottle. Pool service were odd, it was closed but open, someone was serving but not really, hours were not matching what the door said. The eco friendly lights in the room were really difficult to operate and if one person left the room they would all turn off which was not ideal

Pros (+) Great location for walking anywhere in San Sebastián. We arrived and spent three nights. The hotel sends you a YouTube video to get to the hotel because google and Apple Maps don’t take you close enough. I suggest the valet parking for peace of mind, it was very easy. Pros (+) Absolutely everything. Could not fault it - from the minute we walked in to the minute we left everything was fabulous. Rooftop bar upstairs is stunning if the weather is nice, if raining the bar downstairs is lovely. Breakfast is also very nice with good quality local ingredients

Cons (-) Lack of bathroom vanity items. Hair conditioner in the shower would be a helpful addition. I felt it was slightly expensive in terms of value for money re lux comparables in the area I’ve stayed at.
