Location and the breakfast
The staff were really excellent, nothing was too much trouble. It really added to the whole relaxing experience.
Fabulous location very helpful and friendly staff
Lack of bathroom vanity items. Hair conditioner in the shower would be a helpful addition. I felt it was slightly expensive in terms of value for money re lux comparables in the area I’ve stayed at.
Amazing location, clean and comfortable room, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and the rooftop spot is a lovely addition.
The rooftop bar wasn’t always open in the afternoon but we were able to get drinks from downstairs to bring up. No parking but they were very helpful with directing us to public spaces.
Excellent communication pre arrival - wonderful location, rooms fully equipped and team are happy to provide additional items as required - including arranging transfers and taxis. Comfy bed - great shower, excellent breakfast. Can’t fault it - would love to return.

Really helpful staff who went above and beyond. The room was also very comfortable with everything we needed.
There could have been some cushions on the chairs on the roof top terrace but this could have been because it was spring.

Fabulous hotel, great service, amazing location. Could not fault it. Our second time and we will return and tell our friends too.
Excellent location, high quality delicious breakfast, gorgeous view from our bedroom, easy relaxed and informal ambience.
Our only small reservation was that the bright light bar was crowded on two occasions when we would have liked a drink and pinxtos during the day but there were many other choices a few minutes walk away.
