Pros (+) Complementary water in the room, staff was accommodating, location was right in between the city and secret beach. The private beach was amazing.
Cons (-) The food at the resort restaurant was not that good. We had no patio furniture.

Pros (+) Only the simple fact that it was directly located off of the beachfront
Cons (-) The location is extremely far from the downtown area. The staffing is uninterested & inconsistent with your concerns. There is a lack of attentiveness to visitors, not sufficient parking for golf cart, which is the only transportation on the island, bug infestation within the property and many units as well as a lack of operating hot water for showering.

Pros (+) Our room wonderful. Resort very clean. Beach was clean
Cons (-) Loud pitched continous whine outside our room. I believe it was from a water treatment system, very annoying when sitting on the patio. Limited options for entertainment at the resort. Check out was very slow, even tho we did a pre checkout the night before. Difficult to control temp in room, was 66 degrees on arrival.
