Service was phenomenal. Felipe, Juan, Al, and every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Friendly and welcoming and so helpful. Bilingual. The villa was breathtaking, and we had the pools mostly to ourselves every day. Saw whales and dolphins at our beach.
Only complaint was the water in the showers never got very warm. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's so serene and private for that reason. Felt like our own private island.
We could not sleep on the first night because of mosquitos, i'm not sure if the room has been cleaned. Because the sheets looked very tinty, I smell like dust. The villas were beautiful, the property grounds were well maintained and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The beach was also beautiful. You can walk for miles!
1. Our villa (B9) could use some newer kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were very old, knives extremely dull and no larger bowls or serving platters if you wanted to make and serve a family meal. 2. Great area and great food service
Needs more services maybe a convince stand with snacks and drinks would be nice.

Appliances getting old, reported non working sink to front desk… they didn’t fix it.
Beautiful grounds, room decor and very clean
Not much nearby and not safe to swim at the beach as there are some strong currents and riptides
We liked the quiet location, the restaurant and the exceptional staff. The view was beautiful. And, there were plenty of umbrellas and lounges by the pools and the restaurant. The restaurant service right to you on the beach was fabulous.
Having to take a taxi to town. BUT if it were closer to town in wouldn’t have been quiet. You can’t have it both ways.
Was a beautiful location, staff friendly and the facilities were great. The room was nicely attended, clean and the size was great. The restaurant was fantastic.
Restaurant was a bit expensive, bugs entered the room and crabs. Also internet wasn't great
The property is really beautiful, the villas are spacious, well equipped, well decorated and very well taken care of. The open lanai-like feel is lovely. The grounds, pool and beach front are all wonderful. Carlos at the front desk was very hard working and helpful.
Breakfast was OK, not wonderful, though our waiter was great. The beach was lovely and quiet, but a bit remote for people who want to be in the middle of things. There was a misunderstanding about whether parking from the airport would be paid for by the hotel - it was not.
